1. 负责跨部门沟通与协调，包括研发、采购、生产、质量等部门，确保各环节紧密配合，信息流畅传递。定期组织项目会议，跟踪项目进度，及时识别并解决项目过程中出现的问题和风险。 2. 持续收集项目数据，分析流程执行情况，提出优化建议并推动实施，制定和完善 NPI 流程，推动 NPI 流程的标准化和规范化，减少重复工作，提高工作效率 3. 协助评估和选择合适的供应商，参与供应商的审核和认证工作，协调解决供应商与公司内部在产品开发过程中出现的技术和沟通问题。 4. 参与产品设计评审，从生产可行性和成本控制角度提出建议。负责新产品试产阶段的现场支持，及时解决试产过程中出现的问题，确保试产顺利进行。 5. 协助团队建设，包括人员招聘、培训和发展计划的制定与实施。组织内部培训，提升团队成员的专业技能和项目管理能力。 6. 营造积极向上的团队氛围，激发团队成员的工作积极性和创造力。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、工业工程或相关专业优先。 2. 5 年以上消费电子行业 NPI 相关工作经验，具备从产品设计到量产的全流程管理经验。 3. 有团队管理经验者优先，能够带领团队高效完成任务。 4. 具备较强的技术问题分析和解决能力，能够快速定位并解决产品开发过程中的技术难题。 5. 具备出色的沟通能力和领导能力，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效沟通和协作，带领团队攻克难关。 6. 具有创新思维和问题解决能力，能够不断优化工作流程和方法。
