【岗位职责】 一、项目独立看护与信息收口（核心职责） - 独立负责公司若干重点项目（含CEO重点关注领域）的日常看护，包括进度、风险、资源依赖、关键决策点等 - 建立并维护项目信息看板，确保项目状态可实时查询、可追溯 - 作为项目信息的统一收口方，减少管理层"到处问进度"的信息摩擦 - 在项目出现明显偏移时主动预警并推动纠偏，而非等待指令 二、跨团队协调与整合 - 识别项目中的关键干系人，理解各方立场、诉求和约束，找到推动项目的发力点 - 在项目推进过程中，识别跨团队依赖和阻塞点，协调相关方对齐解决或推动升级决策 - 不替代项目负责人的管理职责，但在需要跨团队整合时主动补位，把散落的信息、资源、决策拉齐 三、项目治理机制建设（渐进式） - 在实际工作中逐步沉淀可复用的项目管理办法，包括但不限于：项目立项与变更流程、分级标准、项目价值评估等 - 不追求一步到位的体系，而是从最痛的环节切入，用"小工具+轻流程"先解决实际问题，再迭代完善

【硬技能】 - 5年以上项目管理相关工作经验，有科技/智能硬件/消费电子行业背景者优先 - 具备大型项目管理或多项目并行管理的实操经验，能同时看护多个项目并有效分配精力 - 掌握项目管理方法论，有智能硬件产品开发流程（从概念到量产）或IPMS的实操经验者优先 - 具备数据可视化或看板搭建能力（Excel高级应用、飞书多维表格等工具），有实践AI项目管理的优先

【软技能（重点考察）】 - 干系人识别：能快速判断一个项目中谁起决定作用、谁是关键影响者、谁容易被忽略但后患很大；并据此制定沟通策略，而非无差别地"拉群同步" - 跨团队协调：不是"传话"或"催进度"，而是在各方立场不一致时，能找到共同利益点推动事情往前走；能在没有职权的情况下推动跨团队协作 - 信息整合与判断：能从零散的对话、文档、会议中快速拼出项目全貌，判断信息的真伪、轻重和优先级；而非被信息洪流带着走 - 目标价值驱动：有经营意识，能主动思考项目的产出和价值，善于借助AI、飞书多维表格等工具进行项目度量和运营，让项目状态和数据"说话"，而非凭感觉判断 - 向上沟通：面对CEO等高层时，能把复杂问题提炼为清晰的判断和选项，敢说结论而非只摆事实；能管理高层的预期和注意力
