1、学历背景：本科及以上学历 2、语言能力：英语六级/专业八级或同等水平，具备优秀的英文听说读写能力，能够直接与海外达人沟通或进行英文文案撰写； 3、从业经验：1-2年跨境电商运营经验，有TikTok Shop（本土店/POP店）运营经验者优先； 4、平台认知：熟悉TikTok平台生态及算法逻辑，对北美市场的消费习惯、流行趋势、节日文化有敏锐的洞察力； 5、数据敏感度：具备良好的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel及平台工具，从销售数据、广告数据、素材指标中发现问题并提出优化方案； 6、沟通协作：具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效对接机构、达人及公司内部各部门； 7、自驱力与抗压：热爱跨境电商行业，学习能力强，具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的能力
