1、负责运动相机产品 Wi-Fi 相关功能的设计、开发、调试和维护。 2、负责 Wi-Fi 芯片、模组在嵌入式平台上的适配、Bring-up 及相关问题解决。 3、负责运动相机与手机 App 之间 Wi-Fi 连接、配网、文件传输、视频预览等功能开发与优化。 4、负责 Wi-Fi 连接稳定性、传输性能、功耗及手机兼容性等问题的分析和优化。 5、负责 Wi-Fi 相关疑难问题定位，能够结合日志、抓包、协议流程等手段推动问题闭环。 6、参与 Wi-Fi 软件架构设计、技术方案评审、代码 Review 及技术文档建设。 7、与硬件、RF、蓝牙、系统、App 及芯片原厂等团队协作，持续提升产品无线连接体验和竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子、自动化等相关专业。 2、具备良好的 C/C++ 编程能力，熟悉 Linux 或嵌入式软件开发。 3、熟悉 TCP/IP 网络基础，理解常见网络协议及 Linux 网络编程。 4、熟悉 Wi-Fi 基础原理和常见工作模式，对 802.11 协议有一定理解。 5、熟悉 wpa_supplicant、hostapd、cfg802.11、nl802.11、Wi-Fi Driver 等相关模块中的一种或多种。 6、具备良好的问题分析和调试能力，能够使用 Wireshark、tcpdump、iperf 等工具进行问题定位。 7、具备较强的学习能力、工程能力和跨团队协作能力。 （对于基础扎实、学习能力强、技术潜力突出的候选人，可适当放宽 Wi-Fi 底层开发经验要求）

【加分项】 1、有运动相机、无人机、智能摄像机、手机、IoT 等消费电子产品 Wi-Fi 开发或量产经验。 2、有 Wi-Fi 芯片选型、新平台导入及芯片原厂协同经验。 3、对 Linux Wi-Fi 软件栈有较深入理解，具备 Wi-Fi 软件架构设计和技术规划能力。 4、有 Wi-Fi 连接时延、吞吐量、弱信号、抗干扰、功耗、稳定性或 Wi-Fi/蓝牙共存等专项优化经验。 5、熟悉 Wi-Fi MAC、Firmware 或 PHY 相关机制，有底层协议、驱动或 Firmware 开发和调试经验。 6、有与芯片原厂联合进行 MAC/Firmware 策略定制及产品场景专项优化的经验。 7、熟悉 RF 基础知识，能够联合硬件、天线和 RF 团队进行无线性能分析和系统级优化。 8、具备 Wi-Fi 竞争力指标定义、竞品 Benchmark、技术 Roadmap 或复杂疑难问题攻关经验。 9、对 Wi-Fi 5 / Wi-Fi 6 / Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7 等技术有较深入理解。 （其中 第 2～9 项更偏专家级候选人能力要求，具备相关能力可匹配高级工程师或专家岗位。）
