Job Description

•

Industeel Loire, groupe ArcelorMittal, recherche son nouveau Manager de Maintenance pour le site de Saint Chamond.

Missions :

•Encadrer l’équipe de maintenance en veillant au respect de la sécurité

•Animer le service maintenance du site afin de s’assurer du maintien en état, du contrôle et de l’évolution des installations

•Réaliser les opérations de maintenance sur le site

•Gérer les entreprises sous-traitantes intervenant sur la maintenance des équipements (définition du besoin, consultation avec les achats, planification, préparation, plan de prévention, encadrement des interventions)

•Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions de fiabilisation des installations (curatives, préventives ou d’améliorations)

•Proposer les investissements et GE nécessaires à la fiabilisation et à l’amélioration des équipements et suivre le budget maintenance et les consommations des outils

•Être le correspond environnement (gestion des déchets, respect du plan de surveillance environnementale)

•Assurer le suivi réglementaire des équipements

•Gérer les infrastructures (réseaux, bâtiments, voiries,…)

Profil :

•Bac +2 /+3 en Maintenance / Electromécanicien avec expérience en tant que manager

•Techniques d’animation, de management et de communication

•Connaissances bureautiques classiques (informatique et applicatifs informatiques)

•Force de proposition et acteur du changement

•Bon relationnel, organisé, rigoureux
