The posting

  • Analyze client requirements and map them to Odoo modules, providing functional expertise and recommendations.
  • Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful deployment of Odoo solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  • Engage in pre-sales by performing demos and estimating the level of effort needed along with financial and technical proposals.
  • Perform gap analysis documentation, and provide complete documentation for tasks needing development.
  • Preparation of prototype to show the client a demo of their workflows and Perform UAT to ensure it can handle required tasks in real scenarios, according to specifications.
  • Stay updated on the latest Odoo features and functionalities, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions
  • Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
  • Negotiate the required resources
  • Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)
  • Take part in the first line support Support the sales team during pre-sale.
  • Feedback to the Product Owners
  • Master demos for our software

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application
  • Ability to understand different business processes
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP modules including but not limited to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, projects, POS, Accounting, Manufacturing, E-commerce, and HR
  • Proficient in customizing and configuring Odoo modules.
  • Experience in creating and modifying reports using Odoo reporting tools.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating third-party applications and plugins with Odoo.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office. - Knowledge about Documentation and reporting tools like JIRA, and Microsoft Visio. - Familiar with Scrum and agile methodology.
