Location: Santa Rosa, California Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends Specialties: Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Department (ED)

Are you an experienced Medical Doctor (MD) ready to take on a leadership role in healthcare? We are seeking a highly skilled Clinic Medical Director to lead our clinic in Santa Rosa, CA. This role provides an excellent balance between clinical care and administrative duties, offering you the opportunity to shape patient outcomes and clinic operations in a world-class occupational medicine setting.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Medical License: Valid MD license in the state of California.
  • Education: Medical degree from an accredited university.
  • Board Certification: In Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following specialties: Family Practice Occupational Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Department (ED)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Duties (90%): Provide direct patient care in a collaborative and supportive clinical setting.
  • Administrative Leadership (10%): Oversee clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
