Position Title: Staff Physician - Primary Care Provider

Location: West Chester, PA Reports To: Medical Director FLSA Status: Exempt Job Type: Full-time

Position Summary:

As a Staff Physician, you will be a vital medical team member, providing direct patient care through scheduled office visits, urgent visits, and phone triage. You’ll ensure continuity of care by managing medical records, lab results, and specialty consults. You will also serve as a medical resource for clinical staff, volunteers, and other departments, contributing to patient education and care coordination.

As a member of the clinical team, you will receive competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver primary care through scheduled appointments, urgent visits, and phone consultations.
  • Manage patient care by reviewing lab/imaging results and coordinating specialty consults.
  • Educate patients on health outcomes, treatments, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director on initiatives to improve workflow and patient care outcomes.
  • Supervise Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and Medical Assistants.
  • Serve as a trusted medical resource across all clinic teams and volunteers.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven leadership, maturity, and integrity in patient care.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
