No time de Operações da Arco, você fará parte de: Uma operação logística que conecta produtos, estoque e atendimento às escolas e estudantes. Nesta posição, você terá papel importante na confiabilidade das informações de estoque e na melhoria contínua dos processos de inventário, contribuindo para uma operação mais eficiente e para a expedição dos pedidos.

No dia a dia você irá:

  • Definir e acompanhar a política de inventário cíclico, considerando classificação ABC e frequência de contagem.
  • Planejar e coordenar inventários gerais e auditorias, conciliando os resultados com a Controladoria.
  • Analisar divergências de estoque, investigar causas-raiz e acompanhar planos de ação para evitar recorrências.
  • Monitorar indicadores de acuracidade, ajustes, perdas, estoque negativo e divergências em aberto.
  • Validar ajustes e conciliações nos sistemas WMS/ERP, seguindo os procedimentos e alçadas estabelecidos.
  • Padronizar procedimentos de contagem, recontagem e aprovação de ajustes.
  • Orientar tecnicamente o Assistente de Inventário e apoiar o treinamento das equipes nas rotinas de contagem.
  • Construir relatórios e dashboards para apoiar a tomada de decisão da gestão do CD.
  • Atuar em parceria com Operações, Controladoria, Recebimento, Expedição e Prevenção de Perdas.
  • Contribuir para a organização do picking e para a melhoria do fluxo de reposição, considerando o giro dos itens.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

  • Ter ensino superior completo;
  • Ter experiência sólida com inventário e controle de estoque em Centro de Distribuição, incluindo inventário geral.
  • Conhecer sistemas WMS e ERP, com domínio de SAP e das transações de inventário, conciliação e ajustes.
  • Ter Excel avançado ou Google Sheets avançado, incluindo tabelas dinâmicas e consultas.
  • Ter experiência na análise de divergências, investigação de causa-raiz e acompanhamento de planos de ação.
  • Ter perfil analítico, organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para orientar equipes operacionais.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com implantação de inventário cíclico ou projetos de WMS.
  • Conhecimento de Power BI ou Looker Studio.
  • Conhecimento de curva ABC, Pareto, 5 porquês, Ishikawa e PDCA.
  • Experiência com balanceamento de linha e organização de picking por giro e velocidade dos produtos.
  • Conhecimento adicional de sistemas como TOTVS e Oracle.
