No time de Operações, você fará parte de:

Um time responsável por garantir a eficiência e segurança das operações do nosso Centro de Distribuição. Você atuará próximo à operação, apoiando a construção de uma cultura sólida de segurança, garantindo conformidade com normas regulamentadoras, prevenindo riscos e contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho seguro para todos.

No dia a dia você irá:

  • Realizar inspeções diárias no armazém para identificar condições inseguras e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Garantir a conformidade da operação com normas regulamentadoras, principalmente NR-11, NR-12 e NR-17.
  • Acompanhar a atualização de documentações de segurança, como PGR, além de acompanhar o PCMSO.
  • Realizar checklists e acompanhar o estado de conservação de equipamentos como empilhadeiras, transpaleteiras e plataformas niveladoras.
  • Controlar licenças, alvarás e documentações obrigatórias do Centro de Distribuição.
  • Validar habilitação e certificação de operadores de equipamentos de movimentação de carga.
  • Acompanhar e fiscalizar as atividades de carga e descarga nas docas, garantindo práticas seguras.
  • Garantir sinalização adequada, fluxo seguro de pedestres e veículos e cumprimento de limites internos de velocidade.
  • Avaliar aspectos ergonômicos das atividades operacionais e propor melhorias para prevenção de LER/DORT.
  • Gerenciar e fiscalizar o uso correto de EPIs na operação.
  • Apoiar a formação e atuação da Brigada de Incêndio e da CIPA.
  • Conduzir DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança) e treinamentos voltados à prevenção de acidentes.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de segurança como taxa de frequência e gravidade de acidentes, quase acidentes e conformidade de treinamentos.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído.
  • Experiência prévia na área de Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Conhecimento em normas regulamentadoras aplicáveis ao ambiente logístico (NR-11, NR-12, NR-17).
  • Vivência em inspeções de segurança, gestão de riscos e documentação da área.
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de atuar próximo à operação.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em Centros de Distribuição ou operações logísticas.
  • Experiência com implementação ou estruturação de processos de segurança.
  • Vivência com indicadores de segurança e programas de prevenção de acidentes.
  • Perfil dinâmico, comunicativo e com forte presença em campo.
