No dia a dia você irá:

-Atuar nas frentes de Gestão do Conhecimento e Treinamento, desenvolvendo iniciativas voltadas à evolução da operação de atendimento. - Gestão e Governança do Conhecimento: criar, revisar, organizar e manter conteúdos da Base de Conhecimento, garantindo atualização contínua diante das mudanças de processos, produtos e operação. - Diagnóstico de Necessidades: identificar e analisar gaps de conhecimento e necessidades de capacitação a partir de mudanças de processo, indicadores, feedbacks e demandas da operação. - Desenvolvimento de Soluções de Aprendizagem: estruturar soluções e materiais de aprendizagem em diferentes formatos, transformando informações técnicas e processos em conteúdos claros, didáticos e aplicáveis ao dia a dia. - Treinamento e Desenvolvimento: planejar e conduzir treinamentos, onboarding, reciclagens, trilhas e outras ações de desenvolvimento. - Articulação com Áreas Parceiras: conduzir alinhamentos com stakeholders e áreas especialistas, levantando e validando informações necessárias para as iniciativas de Conhecimento e Treinamento. - Acompanhamento e Melhoria Contínua: acompanhar os resultados das iniciativas, analisar indicadores e feedbacks da operação e propor ações e melhorias a partir dos resultados encontrados.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

- Experiência com Gestão do Conhecimento, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Educação Corporativa ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência na criação, revisão e manutenção de conteúdos de conhecimento e na estruturação de materiais de aprendizagem em diferentes formatos, incluindo treinamentos, onboarding e ações de desenvolvimento, adequando linguagem e formato ao público e à necessidade da operação. - Capacidade de transformar conteúdos técnicos e processos complexos em informações claras, didáticas e aplicáveis à rotina. - Autonomia e proatividade para identificar necessidades, buscar informações, acionar stakeholders e conduzir demandas com baixo nível de supervisão. - Capacidade de priorizar e reorganizar demandas, considerando impacto, urgência, riscos e objetivos da área. - Capacidade de atuar em ambiente dinâmico e com mudanças frequentes, adaptando prioridades e entregas conforme as necessidades do negócio. - Pensamento analítico para interpretar dados e indicadores, identificar problemas e propor soluções. - Comunicação clara e objetiva, com habilidade para articular e construir alinhamentos com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.

Diferenciais:

- Experiência em operações de Atendimento, Customer Experience ou Customer Service. - Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento/CRM (ex.: Salesforce) e ferramentas de dados ou dashboards (ex.: Metabase, Looker). - Conhecimento de Design Instrucional e princípios de aprendizagem de adultos. - Conhecimento de indicadores de treinamento, qualidade e experiência do cliente, com capacidade de utilizar dados e feedbacks da operação para direcionar ações de conhecimento e desenvolvimento.
