Deine Aufgaben

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Geschäfts mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern suchen wir einen Bid Manager (m/w/d), der unsere IT-Ausschreibungen von der ersten Bewertung bis zur finalen Angebotsabgabe verantwortet. Du koordinierst die beteiligten Teams, behältst kaufmännische und formale Anforderungen im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass aus komplexen Vergaben überzeugende Angebote werden.

  • Ausschreibungen identifizieren und bewerten: Du analysierst relevante öffentliche IT-Vergaben und bewertest gemeinsam mit dem Team, welche Ausschreibungen strategisch und wirtschaftlich zu ARES passen
  • Bid-Prozesse steuern: Du koordinierst eigenständig den gesamten Angebotsprozess – von der Bid/No-Bid-Entscheidung über die Planung und Abstimmung bis zur fristgerechten Abgabe
  • Angebote koordinieren: Du bringst technische, kaufmännische und organisatorische Inhalte zusammen und stellst sicher, dass alle Anforderungen der Vergabeunterlagen berücksichtigt werden
  • Kalkulation und Preisgestaltung verantworten: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern passende Angebotskalkulationen und kommerzielle Strategien
  • Vergabeverfahren begleiten: Du koordinierst Bieterfragen, bereitest Präsentationen und Verhandlungen vor und behältst formale sowie inhaltliche Anforderungen im Blick
  • Bid-Prozesse weiterentwickeln: Du optimierst unsere Abläufe, Templates und Vorgehensweisen, damit wir öffentliche Ausschreibungen effizient und erfolgreich bearbeiten können

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bid Management oder Public Sector Sales im IT-Umfeld, idealerweiser im Consulting und mit eigener Verantwortung für komplexe Ausschreibungen
  • Du hast bereits an öffentlichen Ausschreibungen mitgearbeitet und kennst die typischen Anforderungen und Abläufe öffentlicher Vergabeverfahren
  • Du kannst eigenständig komplexe Ausschreibungsunterlagen analysieren, Anforderungen strukturieren und unterschiedliche Beteiligte zielgerichtet koordinieren
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und hast idealerweise bereits mit Angebotskalkulationen, Preisgestaltungen oder Rahmenverträgen gearbeitet
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Ownership
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
