Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt du unsere Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Sektor bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Landschaften. Du entwickelst übergreifende Architekturzielbilder, bringst technologische und organisatorische Anforderungen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus strategischen Zielen konkrete Entwicklungsschritte werden. Dabei übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung, bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst Themen eigenständig voran.

  • Analyse bestehender IT-Landschaften und Erarbeitung übergreifender Zielarchitekturen und Architekturprinzipien für moderne Cloud- und Plattformumgebungen
  • Entwicklung langfristiger Architekturstrategien und Roadmaps auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen und strategischen Ziele
  • Strukturierung komplexer Anforderungen, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Maßnahmen sowie Übersetzung in konkrete Initiativen und umsetzbare Arbeitspakete
  • Moderation von Architekturworkshops und Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Stakeholdern und technischen Teams
  • Begleitung der Umsetzung und Sicherstellung, dass technische Maßnahmen mit den übergeordneten Architekturzielen übereinstimmen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Enterprise Architect oder einer vergleichbaren Architekturrolle mit übergreifender Verantwortung. Erfahrung als Product Owner ist ebenfalls willkommen!
  • Verständnis für Cloud-Transformationen, Private Cloud oder Internal Developer Platforms sowie breites Architekturverständnis (z.B. Compute, Netzwerk, Storage, IAM, Security)
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Architekturzielbildern, Architekturstrategien und Roadmaps
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse von Architekturframeworks und -methoden wie TOGAF oder NAF sowie der Nationalen IT-Architekturrichtlinie
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern oder regulierten Organisationen
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse gängiger Sicherheitsstandards (z.B. BSI, ISO 27001 oder C5)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen schnell zu erfassen und zu strukturieren
  • Eigeninitiative, Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Konzeptionsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (durchschnittlich maximal 3 Tage pro Monat)
  • Bereitschaft zu einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ1 oder SÜ2) nach SÜG
