Deine Aufgaben

Als Solution Architect übernimmst du die technische Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte. Du analysierst komplexe Anforderungen, entwickelst daraus tragfähige Lösungsarchitekturen und begleitest die Umsetzung bis zum fertigen Ergebnis. Dabei bist du nicht nur für einzelne technische Aufgaben verantwortlich, sondern hast die Lösung als Ganzes im Blick, triffst technische Entscheidungen und steuerst gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam, wie diese umgesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse komplexer fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungsarchitekturen
  • Entwicklung von Zielarchitekturen und technischen Konzepten mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform und Entra ID
  • Konzeption und Aufbau von Greenfield-Umgebungen, z. B. Base Tenant, Power Platform, Azure oder Dynamics
  • Treffen, Dokumentieren und Vertreten von Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen
  • Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für das Projektergebnis
  • Technische Begleitung und aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der entwickelten Lösungen
  • Etablierung von Best Practices, Standards und Governance – sowohl bei unseren Kunden als auch innerhalb von ARES
  • Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination von Engineers und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Erkennen und Bewerten technischer Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Zielkonflikte sowie eigenständiges Herbeiführen von Lösungen
  • Durchführung technischer Reviews und Sicherstellung von Qualität
  • Unterstützung bei Presales, z. B. durch technische Lösungsentwürfe, Aufwandseinschätzungen und Kundentermine
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Architekturstandards und Lösungen im Bereich Microsoft Cloud und Digital Workplace

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung (z.B. im MINT Bereich)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung, Architektur oder Umsetzung von Microsoft-Cloud-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online und Entra ID
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Power Platform und idealerweise deren Governance
  • Gutes Verständnis von Azure, Cloud-Architekturen, Identity- und Integrationskonzepten
  • Erfahrung darin, aus komplexen Anforderungen eigenständig technische Lösungen und Architekturen zu entwickeln
  • Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung von Microsoft-Cloud-Lösungen mit und kannst bei Bedarf selbst tief in technische Fragestellungen und Implementierungen einsteigen
  • Du hast du den Anspruch, nicht nur einzelne Aufgaben abzuarbeiten, sondern Verantwortung für eine technische Gesamtlösung zu übernehmen.
  • Du kannst technische Entscheidungen treffen, begründen und gegenüber Kunden sowie Projektteams vertreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Anforderungsmanagement
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (im Schnitt max. 3 Tage/Monat)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ1 oder SÜ2) nach SÜG
