Du übernimmst bei unseren Kunden eigenverantwortlich den Aufbau und Betrieb moderner Lakehouse- und Warehouse-Plattformen im Microsoft-Azure-Kosmos. Du baust die Pipelines, gehst bei der Datenmodellierung voran und bist beim Kunden vor Ort erster Ansprechpartner*in für Business und Data Analysten.

Deine Aufgaben...

  • Du konzipierst und baust ELT/ETL-Prozesse sowie Workflows zur Datenverarbeitung und -orchestrierung in einer der Schlüsseltechnologien wie Databricks oder Microsoft Fabric und berätst unsere Kunden dabei zu ihren Lakehouse- und Warehouse-Plattformen im Microsoft-Azure-Kosmos.
  • Du bringst dich proaktiv in Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme ein und übersetzt gemeinsam mit Business-Analyst*innen Fachanforderungen in belastbare technische Lösungen und Angebote.
  • Du modellierst Daten nach Star Schema oder Data Vault, gehst dabei voran und bringst Best Practices ins Projekt und ins Team.
  • Du setzt Copilot in Fabric oder vergleichbare KI-gestützte Werkzeuge dort ein, wo sie dich wirklich schneller machen, nicht als Selbstzweck.
  • Du hältst dich zu neuen Entwicklungen in der Azure-Datenplattform-Welt auf dem Laufenden und trägst sie proaktiv ins Team und zu unseren Kunden.
  • Du gibst dein Wissen an juniorigere Kolleginnen weiter und bist Ansprechpartnerin für technische Fragen im Projektalltag.
  • Du unterstützt PreSales-Prozesse und Ausschreibungen aus technischer Perspektive.

Dein Profil ...

  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Azure-Datenplattform in einer der Schlüsseltechnologien wie Microsoft Fabric, Databricks oder Azure Data Factory.
  • Sattelfeste Datenmodellierung nach Star Schema oder Data Vault, du gehst darin selbst voran statt nur zuzuarbeiten.
  • Du vertrittst deine fachliche Meinung proaktiv, gegenüber Kunden wie im Team, und schaffst es, dass Kunden sich bei dir gut aufgehoben fühlen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke im direkten Kundenkontakt, Deutsch mindestens C1.

  • Erfahrung mit klassischen On-Premise-Microsoft-Stacks (SQL Server, SSIS), meist im Kontext von Migrationen.
  • Berührungspunkte mit Data-Governance- oder Data-Catalog-Tools.
  • DevOps-Praxis mit Azure DevOps oder GitHub.
