🚀 Manager d’équipe Télécom / Fibre H/F en centre d’appel

Chez Armatis, nous recherchons un(e) Manager d’équipe pour accompagner et challenger une équipe de 10 à 15 conseillers sur une activité télécom / fibre.

Votre objectif : faire grandir votre équipe et booster sa performance commerciale, tout en garantissant une expérience client de qualité.

🎯 Vos missions

  • Manager, animer et fédérer votre équipe au quotidien
  • Piloter la performance commerciale : ventes, taux de transformation, productivité, qualité...
  • Analyser les résultats et mettre en place des plans d’actions ciblés
  • Développer les compétences en vente, argumentation, rebond commercial et traitement des objections
  • Réaliser des coachings, écoutes et feedbacks réguliers
  • Accompagner l’équipe dans la maîtrise des offres télécom et de l’environnement fibre
  • Créer une dynamique positive autour des objectifs et challenges commerciaux

📌 Les conditions

  • 🕐 Amplitude horaire : 8h à 20h, du lundi au samedi
  • 💰 Rémunération : entre 2080€ à 2380€

👀 Le profil que nous recherchons

Vous avez une première expérience réussie en management, idéalement en relation client, vente ou télécom.

Vous êtes :

  • Orienté(e) résultats et performance
  • À l’aise avec les indicateurs commerciaux
  • Dynamique, fédérateur(trice) et proche du terrain
  • Capable de challenger une équipe tout en l’accompagnant dans sa progression
  • À l’aise avec l'univers télécom, avec idéalement une bonne connaissance de la fibre
