Dans le cadre du développement de ce nouveau projet, nous recrutons des Conseillers Client Francophones (H/F) pour accompagner les utilisateurs au quotidien et leur offrir une expérience fluide, rassurante et de qualité.

Être au cœur de la relation client en accompagnant les utilisateurs par téléphone et par e-mail, en répondant à leurs demandes avec professionnalisme, empathie et efficacité, tout en leur apportant des solutions adaptées à chaque situation.

Profil recherché :

✅ Maîtrise de la langue française (niveau natif ou bilingue — C1/C2)

✅ Excellent relationnel et fort sens du service client

✅ Aisance au téléphone et dans le traitement des demandes par e-mail

✅ Appétence pour les outils numériques et bonnes compétences informatiques

✅ Sens de l'écoute, empathie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe
