Ihre Aufgaben:

✅ Führung von Inbound- und Outbound-Telefonaten mit Kunden sowie Bearbeitung ihrer Anliegen

✅ Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im Backoffice

✅ Vertriebsaffinität je nach Projektanforderung

✅ Professioneller Umgang mit Einwänden und Reklamationen

✅ Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen EDV- und IT-Anwendungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

✅ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1 / C2 – zwingend erforderlich)

✅ Gute theoretische und praktische IT-Kenntnisse (zwingend erforderlich)

✅ Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und gutes Auftreten

✅ Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative

✅ Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist von Vorteil

✅ Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Schichtarbeitszeiten (40 Std./Woche – 8 Std./Tag)
