🎯 Armatis Villeneuve d'Ascq recrute ses futur(e)s Chargé(e)s de Clientèle (F/H) grâce à une Préparation Opérationnelle à l'Emploi Individuelle (POEI).

Cette formation te permet d'apprendre un métier avant ton embauche et d'acquérir toutes les compétences nécessaires pour intégrer nos équipes.

⚠️ Avant de postuler

La POEI est un dispositif financé par France Travail.

Pour être éligible, tu dois :

  • ✅ Être inscrit(e) à France Travail en tant que demandeur d'emploi.
  • ✅ Être éligible au dispositif POEI.

🎓 Une formation pour réussir

Avant ton embauche, tu bénéficieras d'une formation gratuite et rémunérée qui te permettra de découvrir le métier de Chargé(e) de Clientèle et de maîtriser les outils et méthodes nécessaires à ta future activité.

📅 Formation du 27 octobre 2026 au 19 janvier 2027

  • Du 27 octobre au 24 décembre : formation chez TMK Performances
  • Du 28 décembre au 19 janvier 2027 : immersion et formation chez Armatis

À l'issue de cette formation, tu seras prêt(e) à intégrer nos équipes.

  • Salaire annuel brut fixe (temps plein) : 22 184,29 euros
