ARQIS ist eine Wirtschaftskanzlei mit einem im Markt hoch geschätzten, starken und wachsenden Team in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung. Mit unserer ARQIS Pensions Group bieten wir unseren Mandanten eine neuartige, innovative und ganzheitliche Art der Beratung, die nicht nur auf die klassische Rechtsberatung in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung beschränkt ist. Wir stehen nationalen und internationalen Groß- und Mittelstandsunternehmen und Konzernen in sämtlichen Fragen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung außergerichtlich und prozessual zur Seite. Vielfach sind wir in Neuordnungs- und De-Risking-Mandaten tätig, weitere Schwerpunkte liegen in der gerichtlichen Vertretung in Streitigkeiten der betrieblichen Altersversorgung über alle Instanzen sowie in der Post-Merger-Integration und Konsolidierung von Versorgungssystemen. Zudem unterstützt unsere ARQIS Pensions Group im Rahmen von M&A-Transaktionen.

Für unseren Standort in Düsseldorf suchen wir Berufseinsteiger/Rechtsanwälte (m/w/d) mit erster Berufserfahrung. Je nach Erfahrungshintergrund können Sie bei uns als Associate oder Managing Associate in Voll- oder Teilzeit ein- und aufsteigen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Die ARQIS Pensions Group weist eine über 20 Jahre lange, marktführende bAV-Expertise auf, die nicht nur alle die bAV betreffenden Rechtsgebiete abdeckt, sondern auch ihre interdisziplinäre und branchenübergreifende Vernetzung absichert.
