Bei uns sammeln Sie wertvolle Praxis- und Examenserfahrung im Prozessrecht und erhalten dabei umfassende Einblicke in die anwaltliche Tätigkeit eines Prozessrechtlers. Denn wir vertreten Mandanten in allen Phasen streitiger Auseinandersetzungen, von außergerichtlichen Verhandlungen über Mediation bis hin zu Gerichts- und Schiedsverfahren. Mit unserem Team von sechs Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälten decken wir ein breites Themenspektrum ab: Wir beraten zu post-M&A-, Produkthaftungs-, ESG- und Berufshaftungsstreitigkeiten sowie zu gesellschaftsrechtlichen, handelsrechtlichen und versicherungsrechtlichen Streitigkeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Enge Einbindung in die Mandatsarbeit unseres Teams durch Vor- und Nachbereitung von Mandanten- und Verhandlungsterminen
  • Examensrelevante juristische Recherche insbesondere im Zivil- und Zivilprozessrecht
  • Recherche zu wirtschaftlichen Fragen und zur Sachverhaltsermittlung
  • Anfertigung von Gutachten, Schriftsätzen und Vertragsentwürfen sowie Begleitung von gerichtlichen und schiedsgerichtlichen Verfahren
  • Erstellung von Mandantenpräsentationen und Pitches
  • Nach Möglichkeit: Teilnahme an Gerichtsverhandlungen und/oder Mandantenmeetings

Ihr Profil

  • Überdurchschnittlicher Abschluss des ersten Staatsexamens
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse an rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Bereich des Zivilrechts und Zivilprozessrechts
  • Teamplayer & Freude an der Arbeit
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Dispute Resolution
