O Gerente de TI vai liderar uma equipe de desenvolvedores, designers e projetos focadas no desenvolvimento para identificar, negociar e implementar soluções tecnológicas alinhas ao plano estratégico do Artha Bank.

Principais Responsabilidades

Liderar a equipe, participando dos projetos de implantação, racionalização e redesenho de processos. Analisando prioridades, estabelecendo cronogramas para a equipe de acordo com a disponibilidade e conhecimento técnico; Pesquisar novas tecnologias, ferramentas e métodos que otimizem a qualidade e a performance da empresa, acompanhar a compra de equipamentos, softwares, aplicativos e serviços de manutenção dentre outras atividades.

As atividades mais comuns serão:

• Visão estratégica do negócio identificando GAPs, estudar formas de inovar e propor soluções que atendam necessidades do negócio.

• Propor "plano de negócios", investimento vs benefícios; • Gestão no desenvolvimento e entrega de projetos de TI e suporte aos sistemas;

• Definir e formalizar os procedimentos de homologação e testes do sistema;

• Gestão de infraestrutura de TI;

• Gestão da equipe de TI;

• Estabelecer comunicação com a liderança e clientes internos;

• Manter-se atualizado, pesquisar e avaliar produtos SAP e outras tecnologias no mercado e sua aplicabilidade para a empresa;

• Gestão de times multidisciplinares e de colaboradores internos;

• Gestão de fornecedores: definição, negociação e acompanhamento de contratos;

• Gestão orçamentária da área: definição de orçamento, acompanhamento;

• Elaboração e acompanhamento de KPI´s e SLA´s;

• Identificar GAPs, estudar formas de inovar e propor soluções que atendam necessidades do negócio.
