This is an APAC regional role within the Finance function, working closely with the APAC CFO, Finance leadership, Geography Finance teams and business and service leaders across the region. This role will strengthen Finance Business Partnering across APAC by bringing together financial and operational information to provide clear, forward-looking insights that support business performance and executive decision making. A key focus will be improving the quality, consistency and effectiveness of management information across the region by moving beyond reporting outcomes to help leaders understand what is driving performance, what actions are required, and where risks and opportunities emerge.

The Opportunity

  • Partner with the APAC CFO and Finance Leadership Team to deliver strategic financial analysis, commercial insights, and decision support across key regional priorities.
  • Drive excellence in Finance Business Partnering across APAC, enhancing the quality, consistency, and impact of financial insights provided to senior leadership.
  • Lead the development of executive reporting, management information, and performance analysis, translating complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and performance management by identifying trends, challenging assumptions, and highlighting key risks and opportunities across revenue, profitability, utilization, and pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Businesses, Services, and Geographies to strengthen decision-making, improve business outcomes, and foster a proactive, insight-led finance function.

Is this role right for you?

  • Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, with 10+ years' experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, commercial finance, or related leadership roles within a complex multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.
  • Experienced working across businesses, functions, and geographies, with proficiency in data visualisation and analytical tools such as Power BI.
