Le poste :

Rattaché(e) à notre organisme de formation, vous serez en charge d'animer les sessions d’initiation et de recyclage au risque plomb à destination des opérateurs de chantier et encadrants de chantier. Vous appliquerez les exigences réglementaires du Code du travail et les recommandations des organismes de prévention (INRS, CRAMIF, OPPBTP).

✨ Tes missions :

Animation pédagogique : Assurer la formation théorique et pratique des opérateurs (effets du plomb sur la santé, seuils réglementaires, VLEP).

  • Ateliers pratiques : Encadrer les exercices en plateforme technique (choix et port des EPI, techniques de captage des poussières à la source, procédures de décontamination et gestion des déchets).
  • Évaluation : Valider les acquis théoriques et pratiques des stagiaires en fin de cursus.
  • Évolution pédagogique : Participer à la mise à jour des supports de cours en fonction des évolutions réglementaires.

👉 Profil recherché :

  • Expertise technique : Vous justifiez d'une expérience concrète sur le terrain en encadrement ou en réalisation de chantiers à forte contrainte environnementale (plomb, amiante, ou risques chimiques).
  • Compétences pédagogiques : Idéalement, vous êtes titulaire d'un titre de "Formateur d'adultes" + NDA à jour ou vous avez une première expérience réussie en animation de sessions de sécurité au travail.
  • Qualités requises : Rigueur réglementaire, sens de l'écoute, pédagogie active et excellente aisance relationnelle face à un public d'opérateurs du bâtiment.

💰 Ce que nous offrons :

  • Rémunération : à partir de 400 euros jours Taux Journalier Moyen (TJM) si statut indépendant.
