Deine Rolle

Du gestaltest und verantwortest das technische Fundament, das unsere Plattform zuverlässig, sicher und skalierbar macht.

  • Hybride Infrastruktur: Du entwickelst unsere Umgebung aus Cloud- und On-Prem-Systemen weiter und sorgst für Stabilität, Performance und Skalierbarkeit.
  • Automation First: Du reduzierst manuelle Eingriffe durch saubere Skripte, Standards und Self-Service-Lösungen für unsere Teams.
  • Stabiler Betrieb: Du stärkst die Zuverlässigkeit unserer Plattform durch besseres Monitoring, mehr Observability und ein strukturiertes Incident-Management.
  • Nachhaltige Lösungen: Du gehst Problemen auf den Grund (Root Cause Analysis), um sie dauerhaft zu lösen, anstatt nur Symptome zu behandeln.
  • Security by Design: Du verankerst Sicherheit als Standard im Betriebsalltag durch Hardening, Patch-Management und nachvollziehbare Zugriffskonzepte.
  • Pragmatischer AI-Einsatz: Du integrierst AI und Agenten gezielt in den Betrieb, um Analysen zu beschleunigen, bei Incidents zu unterstützen und wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu automatisieren.

Dein Profil

  • Starkes Fundament: Du hast mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in DevOps, Systemadministration, Infrastruktur oder Platform Engineering, idealerweise im SaaS- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld.
  • Tech-Stack: Du bist in hybriden Umgebungen zuhause, bringst praktische Erfahrung mit AWS oder Azure mit und beherrschst den sicheren Betrieb von On-Prem-Systemen (Linux, Netzwerke).
  • Automation-first: Du lebst und atmest Automatisierung und bringst exzellente Scripting-Skills (z.B. Bash, Python, Ansible) mit.
  • AI-Mindset: Du setzt AI gezielt für Aufgaben wie Analyse, Scripting oder Incident-Support ein und bewertest dabei klar den Unterschied zwischen Nutzen und Risiko.
  • Ownership: Du bist hands-on, übernimmst Verantwortung und treibst deine Themen proaktiv, selbstständig und mit Weitblick zum Erfolg.
  • Analytische Stärke und Problemlösung: Du findest das Signal im Rauschen, löst komplexe Probleme systematisch und hast den Anspruch, Dinge langfristig robuster zu machen statt kurzfristig zu flicken.
  • Starke Kommunikation: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und kannst komplexe technische Themen einfach erklären.
