Mit asellerate machen wir E-Commerce für namhafte Hersteller im Automotive Aftermarket skalierbar und reduzieren die Komplexität des digitalen Handels. Gemeinsam mit Partnern wie MAHLE, Aumovio, SKF, MANN+HUMMEL, Bosch und LIQUI MOLY entwickeln wir eine digitale Plattform, die Hersteller und Endkunden im direkten Vertrieb verbindet. Neben der richtigen Verkaufsstrategie ist eine leistungsfähige E-Commerce-Logistik entscheidend. Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner FIEGE haben wir dafür ein Setup geschaffen, das die hohen Fulfillment-Anforderungen unserer Endkunden erfüllt. Im Life Cycle und Return Management gestalten wir Retourenprozesse effizienter und entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungen für Rücknahme, Pfandabwicklung und Recycling. Dafür suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung für unser Team Retail Fulfillment in Stuttgart, im Umfang von 20 Stunden pro Woche. Dein Einsatz wird bei uns mit 15 € pro Stunde vergütet. Deine Rolle

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Team Retail Fulfillment unterstützt du dabei, die E-Commerce-Logistik effizienter und nachhaltiger zu gestalten. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt im Life Cycle und Return Management, gleichzeitig wirkst du im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit.

  • Return Management: Du analysierst unsere Retourenprozesse, identifizierst Schwachstellen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team effiziente Lösungswege.
  • Sustainable Logistics: Du unterstützt die Umsetzung nachhaltiger Retourenstrategien, etwa bei der Pfandabwicklung und bei Recyclinglösungen, und trägst so zur Reduzierung unseres ökologischen Fußabdrucks bei.
  • Partner Management: Du stehst im engen Austausch mit unserem Logistikpartner FIEGE und unseren Herstellerpartnern. Du übernimmst die Abstimmung zu deinen Themen und sorgst dafür, dass sie vorankommen.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Du unterstützt die Analyse relevanter KPIs und erstellst Reports sowie Präsentationen zu Retourenkennzahlen und Nachhaltigkeitsmetriken. Daraus leitest du gemeinsam mit dem Team Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten ab.
  • Supply Chain Management: Du wirkst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit und unterstützt einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Supply Chain zwischen asellerate und unseren Endkunden.

Dein Profil

  • Studium: Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Struktur und Eigenständigkeit: Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft, gehst Aufgaben proaktiv und lösungsorientiert an und behältst auch in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick.
  • Organisationsstärke: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, organisierst Abstimmungen zuverlässig und vermittelst Informationen klar und auf den Punkt.
  • Motivation und Verfügbarkeit: Du möchtest Prozesse aktiv verbessern, Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben übernehmen und bringst dafür 20 Stunden pro Woche mit.
  • Sprache: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Beide Sprachen sind für die Rolle essenziell.
