​​​​​​​​Bei asellerate arbeiten wir an unserer E-Com Infrastruktur, die unseren Industriepartnern einen ganzheitlichen Einstieg in den digitalen Vertrieb erleichtert. Hierbei lassen wir alle unsere Erfahrungen rund um das Thema E-Commerce einfließen, die wir mit unserem in den letzten Jahren erfolgreich auf dem Automotive Aftermarket etablierten Shop Retromotion.com gewonnen haben. Als Werkstudent:in im Customer Support bist du kein kleines Rädchen im Getriebe, sondern die zentrale Drehscheibe zwischen Endkunden, unserem Team, unserem Logistikpartner FIEGE und unseren Lieferanten. Mit 20 Stunden pro Woche sorgst du nicht nur für zufriedene Kund:innen, sondern baust auch aktiv an Prozessen mit. Dein Einsatz bei uns wird mit 15€ pro Stunde vergütet. Starten kannst du ab sofort.

Deine Rolle

  • Case Management: Du betreust unsere Kund:innen umfassend und professionell per Mail und Telefon.
  • Schnittstellen-Profi: Du koordinierst die Kommunikation mit unseren Experten aus der Logistik, dem Lieferantenmanagement und globalen Playern der Automotive-Industrie.
  • Quality First: Du identifizierst Fehlerbilder, pflegst unsere Wissensdatenbank und senkst so nachhaltig die Fehlerquote.
  • Prozess-Design: Du arbeitest nicht nur im System, sondern am System. Durch eigene kleine Projekte optimierst du unsere Workflows und steigerst die Effizienz der gesamten Unitt.

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in: Du befindest dich aktuell im Studium (Bachelor/Master).
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du hast eine exzellente Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift) und verlierst auch in stressigen Phasen nicht die Empathie.
  • Struktur-Hero: Du arbeitest organisiert und liebst es, komplexe Prozesse zu durchdringen.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du willst Dinge bewegen, Verantwortung übernehmen und das „Warum“ hinter einem Prozess verstehen.

  • Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Customer Support oder Kundenservice gesammelt hast, z. B. in einem Call Center, Helpdesk, Servicecenter oder im Verkauf
  • Du bereits Berührungspunkte mit der Support-Software Zendesk oder ähnlichen Tools hattest
  • Du ein Herz für Autos und dadurch Grundwissen über Karosserie- oder Autobau hast
  • Du im Raum Stuttgart wohnst – remote ist super, aber wir freuen uns, wenn du gelegentlich für Team-Meetings oder gemeinsame Office-Tage vorbeikommen kannst
