Cargo: Estagiário(a) de Dados

Regime de Contratação: CLT

Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido, sendo 3x presencial na semana.

Local de Trabalho: Alphaville/Pinheiros - SP;

Período: Meio Período

Jornada: A combinar

Inicio em 2027 - 12 meses

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

Apoiar o time de Produtos no acompanhamento das demandas e iniciativas da área

Auxiliar na organização e priorização de tarefas, demandas e projetos

Apoiar o levantamento e a organização de informações sobre produtos e funcionalidades

Auxiliar na análise de dados e indicadores relacionados aos produtos

Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e materiais de acompanhamento

Realizar pesquisas de mercado, concorrência e tendências relacionadas aos produtos

Apoiar o acompanhamento de feedbacks e necessidades dos clientes

Contribuir para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos produtos e processos

Apoiar a documentação de funcionalidades, processos e requisitos

Acompanhar reuniões e alinhamentos com diferentes áreas envolvidas no desenvolvimento dos produtos

Apoiar testes e validações de novas funcionalidades

Contribuir para a comunicação e integração entre Produto, Tecnologia, Comercial, Customer Success e demais áreas

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

Cursando a partir do 3º ano de graduação em Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas

Interesse por produtos, tecnologia, negócios e experiência do cliente

Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a dados

Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipe

Proatividade, curiosidade e vontade de aprender

Facilidade para organizar informações e acompanhar diferentes demandas

Conhecimento básico em Excel ou Google Sheets

Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos ou produtos será considerado um diferencial

Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis será considerado um diferencial

Experiência com ferramentas de análise de dados ou BI será considerada um diferencial
