Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido, sendo 3x presencial na semana.

Local de Trabalho: Alphaville/Pinheiros - SP;

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

Apoiar o planejamento e acompanhamento de projetos

Auxiliar na organização de cronogramas, tarefas e prazos

Atualizar controles e indicadores de acompanhamento dos projetos

Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e apresentações de status

Acompanhar reuniões de projetos, registrando decisões, pendências e próximos passos

Apoiar o acompanhamento das atividades junto às áreas envolvidas

Auxiliar na identificação e organização de riscos, impedimentos e pontos de atenção

Apoiar a documentação de processos, projetos e procedimentos

Contribuir para a organização de informações e materiais dos projetos

Apoiar a análise de dados e indicadores para acompanhamento dos resultados

Participar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua e otimização de processos

Apoiar a comunicação entre as áreas envolvidas, garantindo o alinhamento das informações

Contribuir para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e projetos

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

Cursando a partir do 3º ano de graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Projetos, Tecnologia, Economia ou áreas correlatas

Interesse em planejamento, gestão e acompanhamento de projetos

Boa organização e capacidade de acompanhar diferentes atividades e prazos

Perfil analítico, com facilidade para organizar e interpretar informações

Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe

Proatividade e disposição para aprender

Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos
