Cargo: Estagiário(a) de Dados

Regime de Contratação: CLT

Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido, sendo 3x presencial na semana.

Local de Trabalho: Alphaville/Pinheiros - SP;

Período: Meio Período

Jornada: A combinar

Inicio em 2027 - 12 meses

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

Apoiar na coleta, organização e atualização de dados de Recursos Humanos

Auxiliar na construção e atualização de indicadores de RH e People Analytics

Apoiar a elaboração de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais

Realizar análises de dados relacionados a pessoas, identificando padrões, tendências e oportunidades

Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores como headcount, turnover, absenteísmo, movimentações e desenvolvimento

Auxiliar na organização e manutenção de bases de dados de colaboradores

Apoiar a criação de apresentações e materiais para acompanhamento dos resultados de RH

Realizar conferências e validações de informações, contribuindo para a qualidade dos dados

Apoiar projetos de People Analytics e iniciativas de melhoria dos processos de RH

Contribuir para a automatização de controles e rotinas da área

Atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas para levantamento de informações e necessidades

Apoiar a transformação de dados em informações que contribuam para a tomada de decisão em Pessoas

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

Cursando a partir do 3º ano de graduação em Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas

nteresse em Recursos Humanos, análise de dados e People Analytics

Conhecimento básico em Excel ou Google Sheets

Boa capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico

Facilidade para trabalhar com números, indicadores e informações

Perfil organizado, atento aos detalhes e comprometido com a qualidade dos dados

Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe

Proatividade, curiosidade e interesse em aprender
