O que é esperado desse cargo:

  • Auxiliar no handoff adequado entre as áreas de Implementation Success e Channel Activation, assegurando o início correto das ativações de canais;
  • Auxiliar na documentação da ativação dos canais contratados, como WhatsApp, Askflow e telefonia, garantindo visibilidade dos processos e APIs envolvidos;
  • Monitorar e comunicar o andamento do processo de ativação junto a parceiros externos (como Meta, BSPs), acompanhando prazos e garantindo o progresso das solicitações
  • Auxiliar no diagnostico e solução dos problemas técnicos relacionados à ativação e funcionamento dos canais e APIs através de categorização e documentação
  • Criar comunicações direcionadas aos clientes, mantendo clareza sobre requisitos técnicos, próximos passos e boas práticas durante o processo de ativação
  • Colaborar com times internos como Implementation Success, Customer Success, Produto e Engenharia para garantir uma experiência fluida ao cliente

Requisitos:

  • Disponibilidade para atuar 30h semanais no período da tarde;
  • Espanhol intermediário.
