Als Senior Productmanager bij ASN Bank in Utrecht maak je écht verschil voor klanten in financieel kwetsbare situaties. Ontwikkel slimme producten en digitaal verantwoorde (AI) oplossingen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Productmanager Collections & Recovery bij ASN Bank ga je aan de slag met producten, klantreizen en AI-oplossingen voor klanten met een financieel begeleidingsbehoefte. Je verbindt klantbelang met risicobeheersing en operationele efficiëntie. Met veel ruimte voor eigenaarschap bepaal jij mede de koers van vernieuwing, inhoudelijk sterk en met oog voor de mens achter het dossier.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je onderzoekt behoeften van klanten en collega's en vertaalt deze naar verbeterde producten en klantreizen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert (agentic) AI-oplossingen verantwoord, veilig en uitlegbaar, samen met Risk, Compliance en Privacy.
  • Je bouwt businesscases en werkt doelgericht aan aantoonbare waarde voor klant, medewerker en bank.
  • Je neemt initiatief en anticipeert op markt-, regelgevings- en AI-ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar kansen.
  • Je begeleidt collega's bij de adoptie van nieuwe werkwijzen en digitale oplossingen, van idee tot implementatie

Binnen Collections & Recovery werk je samen met data-, risk- en klantexperts. De sfeer is open, eerlijk en informeel. Jullie bouwen samen aan dienstverlening die klanten écht vooruithelpt.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere keuzes en verbindt klantperspectief, technologie en organisatiebelang met gemak. Je signaleert kansen en handelt ernaar: van idee tot werkende oplossing neem jij eigenaarschap en weet je stakeholders helder te onderbouwen en mee te nemen.

Verder heb je:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, economie of informatiekunde.
  • Ruime ervaring met productmanagement, proposities of business development in de financiële sector.
  • Kennis van of affiniteit met bijzonder beheer, kredietrisico en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van (agentic) AI-oplossingen, van use case tot werkende toepassing.
  • Ervaring met verandermanagement en het begeleiden van adoptie van nieuwe werkwijzen.

Wat krijg je van ons

Deze functie valt in schaal 10, met een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.179,72 en € 6.906,29 (op basis van 36 uur per week). En dit krijg je ook van ons: • Een flexibel in te delen 36-urige werkweek. • Vakantiegeld en een 13e maand, op een moment dat het jou goed uitkomt • Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband: 208,8 uur verlofuren per jaar • Een goede collectieve pensioenregeling • € 750,- per jaar om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen (te sparen tot € 3.000,-) • Elke 5 jaar € 900,- om je thuiswerkplek weer helemaal op orde te maken • Een NS-Business Card en een kilometervergoeding voor als je op de fiets komt
