[Client] A Global ICT Service Company based in Tokyo 

[Nature of Job] Junior or lead Azure Cloud Technical Support engineer

[Company Size] Large size (~less than 3000 employees), about 20 years in business in Japan 

[Employent Type] Permanent/ Full Time 

[Salary Range] 3.6 - 9.6 million JPY yearly (annual salary) 

[Work Location] Hybrid work (twice a week at Mitaka office, three times a week work from home). Walk-in distance from the nearest station.

[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with 1 hour break, it may shift slightly).

[Team Structure] Global tech service client, local and global business team

[Eligibility] Relevant work experience/ knowledge, bilingual (native/ near level of Japanese and business level English is required). Eligible to work in Japan full time without restrictions, at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:

Review issues and contact customers to understand the issue. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue. Utilizes troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, performance traces) to help resolve customer issues.

Handles customer issues through collaboration, resolution, or escalation. Documents technical work and research.

Analyzes problems and develops solutions to meet customer needs using log analysis and other proprietary tools.

Collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.

・クライアントのプロダクト(Cloudシステム)のテクニカルサポート/リードポジション。 ・中規模サイズのチーム（約３０名程）プロジェクトに参加しており、日本人が多いが外国籍エンジニアも在籍。比較的若いチーム。 ・サポートするCloudを中心にインフラからアプリケーション構築まで幅広い知見を蓄積していくことが可能。 ・グローバル環境にシフトしたい方で、テクニカルと英語力を身につけたい方(スタートはreadingのみでOK)にもマッチしたプロジェクト。

幅広いテクニカルバックグラウンドを持つテクニカルリードとして、開発や大型のアウトソーシング等の別プロジェクトに参画することが可能です。特に、バイリンガルの方はグローバルプロジェクトへの参画も可能。

資格

・高い日本語力（ネイティブに近いレベル） ・クラウドシステムのテクニカルサポートの経験2年以上

＜歓迎条件＞ ・テクニカルサポートのリーダー経験(数名以上のマネジメント) ・Azureの知見・経験 -Azure Application Services and Azure Developer Services -Azure Security Services -Azure VM

・バイリンガル 入社後英語でのトレーニング受講、合格が必要となります
