Deine Aufgaben an der Rezeption

  • Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung unserer Mitglieder und Hotelgäste
  • Beantwortung von Fragen zu unseren Serviceleistungen (Spa, Fitness, Hotel, Events)
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Telefonaten
  • Organisation und Ablaufkoordination am Empfang / Rezeption
  • Du vertrittst den Aspria-Spirit – serviceorientiert, freundlich und engagiert

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder Dienstleistungsbereich – oder Quereinsteiger:in mit Herz für Dienstleistung und Hotellerie
  • Erste Erfahrung an der Rezeption, im Empfang oder Front Office wünschenswert
  • Empathie, Loyalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich als Teamplayer und Gastgeber aus
  • Bereitschaft für Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste (keine Nachtschichten / 5 Tage Woche)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
