Dein Beitrag für unseren Erfolg als Technischer Leiter / Teamleiter Maintenance (m/w/d)

  • Verantwortung, Koordination und Unterstützung der Maintenance Abteilung sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Cluballtag
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung der Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen, Einrichtungen und dem Erscheinungsbild des Clubs
  • Sicherstellung der täglichen Abläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wartungs- und Reparaturfirmen
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Prüffristen und Regularien (SV-Prüfungen)
  • Kostenkontrolle verbunden mit dem bewussten Umgang von Energiesparmaßnahmen

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit technischem Hintergrund
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich, vorzugsweise im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Gas-/ Wasserinstallation
  • Ausbildung zum Sicherheitsbeauftragten wünschenswert
  • Führungserfahrung in einer technischen Umgebung
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kostenbewusstes und vorausschauendes Arbeiten
