ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Collection Requirements Orchestrator with a TS/SCI clearance to support a contract in Colorado Springs, CO. If you have experience as a Collection Requirements Orchestrator, this opportunity might be for you. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:
Apply knowledge of and experience using DoD and IC collection platforms and sensors, as well as in-depth knowledge of intelligence collection capabilities, collection management systems of record, and how collection management functions as part of the intelligence cycle. Work with supported customers, analysts, planners, and INT-specific Collection Requirements Managers to identify, refine, and translate operational and intelligence needs into actionable collection requirements across applicable intelligence disciplines. Prepare, submit, track, and maintain collection requirements in the appropriate collection management systems of record and other approved databases or collaboration tools. Monitor the status of collection requirements from submission through satisfaction, cancellation, or closure, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues affecting responsiveness, tasking, or fulfillment. Assist in prioritizing, synchronizing, and deconflicting collection requirements to ensure alignment with commander’s priorities, operational objectives, and approved intelligence requirements. Advise government personnel on the most appropriate collection discipline, platform, sensor, or tasking mechanism to satisfy mission requirements, considering capability, timeliness, and operational constraints. Support collection management boards, working groups, synchronization meetings, and other forums by preparing requirement status updates, briefing materials, and follow-up actions related to collection requirements. Develop and maintain trackers, reports, and other knowledge management products that provide visibility on collection requirement nominations, status, satisfaction, and identified gaps. Knowledge and experience using DoD and IC collection platforms and sensors. In-depth knowledge of intelligence collection capabilities, Collection Management Systems of record, and how Collection Management functions as part of the intelligence cycle.
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
Active DOW Top Secret clearance with SCI (TS/SCI) is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. An additional four (4) years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in intelligence collection management, collection requirements management, ISR operations, or related intelligence operations support. Shall possess knowledge of and experience using DoW and IC collection platforms and sensors. Shall demonstrate in-depth knowledge of intelligence collection capabilities, collection management systems of record, and the role of collection management within the intelligence cycle. Position may require work during weekends, nights, or other non-standard duty hours.
