ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Collection Strategist with a TS/SCI clearance to support a contract in Colorado Springs, CO. If you have experience as a Collection Strategist, this opportunity might be for you. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:
Represent USNORTHCOM in multiple collection management and ISR forums, departmental and national-level interagency meetings, including the Defense Collection Management Working Group/Board and other Combatant Command Joint Collection Management Working Groups/Boards, as directed by the Government. Develop, integrate, and maintain multi-INT collection strategies, collection plans, synchronization matrices, and related products that align collection activities with commander’s priorities, operational objectives, and intelligence gaps. Analyze mission objectives, operational plans, intelligence gaps, and existing collection postures to identify opportunities, shortfalls, redundancies, and risks across available collection capabilities. Coordinate with component commands, subordinate elements, Combat Support Agencies, interagency partners, and INT-specific collection managers to synchronize collection efforts, deconflict competing requirements, and optimize the use of available collection resources. Advise government personnel on the capabilities, limitations, responsiveness, and appropriate employment of HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and Airborne ISR assets in support of current operations, contingency planning, and future mission requirements. Support deliberate planning, crisis action planning, contingency response, and ongoing operations by developing collection-focused annexes, appendices, concepts, decision support products, and briefing materials. Recommend collection prioritization, re-tasking, and reallocation options based on changing mission requirements, operational developments, collection performance, and emerging intelligence needs. Develop and maintain collection status trackers, strategy documents, gap analyses, and executive-level briefings that communicate collection posture, supportability, risks, and recommended actions.
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. An additional four (4) years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in collection management, ISR strategy, intelligence planning, or Multi-INT operational support. Shall have the ability to represent USNORTHCOM in multiple collection management and ISR forums, departmental and national-level interagency meetings, including the Defense Collection Management Working group/Board and other Combatant Command Joint Collection Management Working Groups/Boards. Shall demonstrate experience developing, synchronizing, and executing multi-INT collection strategies across HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and Airborne ISR. Shall possess the ability to analyze mission objectives, intelligence gaps, and collection postures to develop collection plans, synchronization matrices, and decision-support products. Shall be able to coordinate with component commands, Combat Support Agencies, interagency partners, and INT-specific collection managers. Government CI, HUMINT, or all-source MOS, or completion of a job-related analytical certification course or program, is required. Position may require work during weekends, nights, or other non-standard duty hours.
