Deine Mission

Als Quantitative Backend Developer (m/w/d) entwickelst Du Analytics-APIs und Backend-Services für unsere Analytics-Produkte. Du verbindest quantitative Methoden mit moderner Softwareentwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass analytische Lösungen skalierbar, performant und produktionsreif bereitgestellt werden. Deine Aufgaben:

Analytics Engineering & Implementierung

  • Konzeption, Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Analytics-APIs und Backend-Services für unsere Analytics-Produkte
  • Umsetzung quantitativer Modelle, Forschungsergebnisse und Prototypen in produktionsreifen Python-Code
  • Weiterentwicklung der Analytics-Produktions- und Datenverarbeitungsumgebung
  • Entwicklung robuster und skalierbarer Softwarekomponenten für analytische Berechnungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Methodikspezialisten bei der Umsetzung neuer Modelle und Methoden

Datenmanagement & Systemintegration

  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Schnittstellen zu Datenbanken, internen Plattformen und nachgelagerten Systemen
  • Verarbeitung, Transformation und Bereitstellung von Finanz-, Fonds- und Portfoliodaten
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Datenflüssen und Analytics-Prozessen
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen, effizienten und skalierbaren Ausführung analytischer Berechnungen

Operations & Qualitätssicherung

  • Laufende Qualitätssicherung der Ergebnisse quantitativer Modelle gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kunden im Kontext unserer Analytics-Produkte und -Modelle
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen im Produktivbetrieb
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

Zusammenarbeit & Kommunikation

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Methodikspezialisten, Produktmanagement, Engineering- und Operations-Teams
  • Übersetzung fachlicher und quantitativer Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
  • Beteiligung an Architekturentscheidungen und technischen Konzepten
  • Evaluierung und Integration neuer Technologien und Entwicklungsansätze

Dein Profil

Deine Arbeitsweise

  • Du entwickelst gerne robuste technische Lösungen für komplexe analytische Fragestellungen
  • Du denkst in Datenflüssen, Schnittstellen und Systemzusammenhängen
  • Du legst Wert auf wartbaren und qualitativ hochwertigen Code
  • Du bringst Neugier auf Agentic Development mit oder hast bereits erste Erfahrung damit, KI-gestützte Entwicklungsansätze sinnvoll in Softwareentwicklungsprozesse zu integrieren
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und pragmatisch
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung und treibst Themen proaktiv voran
  • Du arbeitest gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und kommunizierst transparent
  • Du möchtest analytische Ideen in produktive Anwendungen überführen

Deine Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Statistik, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der Backend-, API- oder datengetriebenen Softwareentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von APIs und Backend-Systemen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Datenverarbeitungssystemen
  • Grundverständnis mathematisch-statistischer Modelle
  • Kenntnisse in Softwarequalität, Testing und Versionskontrolle
  • Erfahrung mit Finanzdaten oder Kenntnisse zur Private- Capital-Branche sind von Vorteil

Sprachkenntnisse

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Arbeitssprache)
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
