Deine Mission

Als Quantitative Researcher & Methodology Specialist (m/w/d) entwickelst Du innovative quantitative Modelle für die Private-Capital-Branche. Du identifizierst neue analytische Ansätze, validierst deren Nutzen und gestaltest die methodische Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte aktiv mit. Deine Aufgaben:

Quantitative Research & Modellentwicklung

  • Neu- und Weiterentwicklung quantitativer Modelle zur Bewertung, Prognose, Risikoanalyse und zum Benchmarking von Private-Capital-Fonds und -Investments
  • Analyse komplexer Finanz-, Markt- und Portfoliodaten zur Entwicklung neuer analytischer Verfahren
  • Forschung und Evaluation neuer mathematisch-statistischer Methoden
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Modelllogiken, Annahmen und Berechnungsmethoden
  • Umsetzung von Forschungsergebnissen in Prototypen, produktiven Code oder fachliche Umsetzungsvorgaben

Modellvalidierung & Qualitätssicherung

  • Regelmäßige Validierung bestehender Modelle und Verfahren
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität, Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit quantitativer Ergebnisse
  • Laufende Qualitätssicherung der Produktionsergebnisse unserer Modelle
  • Erstellung prüfungssicherer Modell- und Validierungsdokumentationen
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Modellierungsstandards

Produktinnovation & Methodenstrategie

  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Analytics-Produktroadmap
  • Identifikation neuer analytischer Produkt- und Serviceideen
  • Bewertung wissenschaftlicher und technologischer Entwicklungen hinsichtlich ihres Potenzials für unsere Produkte
  • Entwicklung innovativer Ansätze für zukünftige Analytics-Produkte
  • Unterstützung bei der Priorisierung neuer methodischer Entwicklungen

Stakeholder Management & Kundenbetreuung

  • Ansprechpartner für Product Management, Information Systems, Operations und weitere Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kunden mit Bezug zu quantitativen Modellen und Analytics-Produkten
  • Kommunikation komplexer Modelle und Ergebnisse gegenüber technischen und fachlichen Stakeholdern
  • Übersetzung geschäftlicher Fragestellungen in quantitative Forschungs- und Modellierungsansätze

Wissenschaftliche Kooperation

  • Beobachtung aktueller Entwicklungen in Forschung und Wissenschaft
  • Austausch mit Hochschulen, Forschungseinrichtungen und der Fach-Community
  • Unterstützung wissenschaftlicher Kooperationen und Abschlussarbeiten
  • Aufbereitung von Forschungsergebnissen für interne und externe Kommunikationszwecke

Deine Arbeitsweise

  • Du verbindest wissenschaftliche Tiefe mit Pragmatismus in der Umsetzung
  • Du entwickelst neue Ideen und hinterfragst bestehende Ansätze konstruktiv
  • Du denkst analytisch, strukturiert und mit Blick auf den langfristigen Nutzen
  • Du kommunizierst komplexe Inhalte verständlich
  • Du arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär und eigenverantwortlich
  • Du möchtest die Zukunft datengetriebener Analytics-Produkte aktiv mitgestalten

Deine Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium – idealerweise Master, Promotion oder vergleichbare Forschungserfahrung – in Mathematik, Statistik, Physik, Finance, Ökonometrie, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren quantitativen Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der mathematisch-statistischen Modellentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung quantitativer Modelle in Code
  • Erfahrung in Methodenentwicklung und Modellvalidierung
  • Erfahrung in Prototyping, Forschung oder Innovationsprojekten
  • Erfahrung oder Berührungspunkte mit Finanzmärkten, Investments oder Financial Analytics
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Private Capital sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Python und Datenbanken ist von Vorteil

Sprachkenntnisse

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Arbeitssprache)
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
