Deine Mission

  • Du entwirfst und entwickelst Berichtsvorlagen in Jaspersoft Studio und arbeitest dabei an echten, produktiven Reports für unsere Kunden im Bereich Private Equity und Private Capital
  • Du arbeitest Seite an Seite mit unseren Jasper Report Engineers an täglichen Reporting-Herausforderungen und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus hinweg
  • Du übersetzt die fachlichen Anforderungen des Reporting-Teams in technische Aufgaben und schlägst so die Brücke zwischen den Bedürfnissen der Stakeholder und der technischen Umsetzung
  • Du entwickelst ein geschultes Auge für Datenqualität, indem du Reportinhalte bis zu den zugrunde liegenden relationalen Daten zurückverfolgst
  • Du arbeitest mit Git an einer gemeinsamen Codebasis für Berichtsvorlagen – echtes Versionsmanagement an einem aktiv genutzten, lebendigen Produkt
  • Du erstellst How-to-Guides, wiederverwendbare Report Templates und technische Dokumentationen
  • Du gewinnst tiefe Einblicke durch Team-Meetings, cross-funktionale Sessions und technische Schulungen rund um BI-Tools, Reporting-Architekturen und agile Arbeitsweisen

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit (Must-haves)

  • Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 6 Monate
  • Eine strukturierte, detailgenaue und proaktive Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Lernbereitschaft
  • Teamgeist, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe IT-Affinität ("Tech-Savvy")
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das erleichtert dir den Einstieg (Du musst nicht alles abdecken, aber je mehr, desto besser)

  • Gute SQL-Kenntnisse (JOINs, Aggregationen, Subqueries, Aliasing)
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von XML (Jaspersoft-Vorlagen basieren auf XML)
  • Erste Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise in Java oder Groovy
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, Datenanalyse, Datenabgleich)
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Git und Versionskontrolle

Das ist ein Plus

  • Berührungspunkte mit Jaspersoft Studio oder vergleichbaren BI-/Reporting-Tools (wie BIRT, Crystal Reports, Power BI)
  • Verständnis für mandantenfähige SaaS-Produktumgebungen
  • Erfahrung oder Studienschwerpunkte im Finanzsektor, idealerweise in Private Equity oder Private Capital
