A AssempBH é uma entidade de classe, sem fins lucrativos.

Atua na área de prestação de serviços para pessoas associadas oferecendo um leque de benefícios, a maioria deles extensivos a seus familiares, visando sobretudo contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade de vida. A missão é promover a união das pessoas servidoras do município por meio de benefícios nas áreas social, cultural, econômica e de saúde, além de representá-las na defesa de seus direitos e interesses em acordo com os termos do Estatuto da Associação.

Atividades a serem realizadas pela pessoa ocupante do cargo: Realizar atendimento a pessoas associadas e seus dependentes prestando esclarecimentos e/ou efetivando inclusões, exclusões, atualizações cadastrais, negociações de dívidas relacionadas aos contratos de plano de saúde, planos odontológicos, convênios e sobre regras e benefícios previstos no Estatuto da AssempBH.

Formação mínima: Curso superior em andamento ou concluído nas áreas de administração e afins.

Horário de trabalho: 9h às 18h com uma hora de intervalo, de segunda a sexta-feira.

Desejável: Conhecimento em excel, uso de google workspace e inteligencia artificial

Competências importantes para gente:

  • Atendimento e relacionamento com o público;
  • Capacidade de análise e atenção a detalhes;
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office, Google Workspace (Drive, Planilhas, etc), sistemas de operadoras de Plano de Saúde e Benefícios, e PABX;
  • Proatividade e organização;
  • Comunicação, expressando-se com clareza e objetividade, garantindo a compreensão e a disseminação de informações;
  • Cooperação, trabalhando o relacionamento interpessoal, agindo com empatia e respeito, mantendo um relacionamento agradável e estimulante trabalhando em equipe, de forma colaborativa.
