Pour mettre en œuvre ses actions d’accompagnement, Gammes emploie 800 collaborateurs salariés et 335 salariés en insertion qui collaborent avec 235 bénévoles.

Dans le cadre de ses activités, Gammes recrute un(e) :

Missions principales :

Intégré(e) à l’équipe du Centre de Santé, vous occuperez les fonctions de Secrétaire Médicale H/F.

A ce titre, vous aurez pour missions de :

- Assurer l’accueil et l’orientation des patients ;

- La gestion de l’administration des dossiers patients : création, mise à jour, gestion des droits sociaux et archivage des documents médicaux et administratifs ;

- Organisation des plannings : coordination des rendez-vous des praticiens via des outils numériques ;

- Assurer la gestion de la facturation et la télétransmission : gestion de la caisse, des cotations, factures, télétransmissions ;

- Appui et coordination auprès d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire : assistance aux consultations, envoi de documents médicaux ;

- Relations partenaires : gestion des échanges avec les intervenants sociaux ;

- Participation à la vie d’équipe : participation aux réunions et saisie des comptes rendus.

Profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme (Bac à Bac +2) en Secrétariat médical ou en gestion/administration, et vous disposez d’une expérience significative sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes volontaire, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous avez des qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles. Vous faites preuve de discrétion et d’éthique.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’outil informatique et les outils bureautiques (Office 365). La connaissance de Doctolib et Galaxie TAM est un plus. La maîtrise de l'anglais est également appréciée.
