Pour mettre en œuvre ses actions d’accompagnement, Gammes emploie 800 collaborateurs salariés et 335 salariés en insertion qui collaborent avec 235 bénévoles.

Dans le cadre de ses activités, Gammes recrute un(e) ENCADRANT TECHNIQUE D'INSERTION A DOMINANTE ADMINISTRATIVE – H/F

Missions principales :

Au sein du pôle Insertion par l'Activité Économique et l'Emploi (IAE-E) des Ateliers Chantiers d'Insertion Cœur d'Hérault, nous recrutons un(e) Encadrant(e) Technique d'Insertion à dominante administrative pour renforcer notre équipe. Véritable appui aux encadrants techniques et à la Conseillère en Insertion Sociale et Professionnelle, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement administratif et opérationnel des activités d'insertion et des Ressourceries, au service de l'accompagnement des salariés en parcours d'insertion.

A ce titre, vous serez chargé(e) des missions suivantes :

Accompagnement des salariés

· En lien avec l’équipe, encadrer et accompagner les salariés en insertion (plus spécifiquement l’agent administratif) dans la réalisation des activités confiées

Suivi administratif des salariés

· Constitution et mise à jour des dossiers administratifs des salariés en insertion

· Préparation et suivi des documents liés aux parcours d'insertion

· Mise à jour des outils de suivi d'accompagnement

· Préparation de documents, convocations, courriers

Gestion administrative et communication

· Gestion des appels téléphoniques et des courriels

· Appui à la communication externe

· Réalisation de documents de présentation et supports de communication

Suivi de l'activité

· Saisie et mise à jour des outils de suivi de production

· Production de tableaux de bord et indicateurs simples

· Contrôle et suivi des informations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'activité

Profil :

Formation et expérience

Vous êtes en possession d’une formation administrative de niveau Bac à Bac+2 (gestion administrative, secrétariat, assistanat, gestion PME-PMI, économie sociale et solidaire...)

Une expérience dans le secteur associatif, l'insertion, la formation ou l'accompagnement de publics serait appréciée

Votre Intérêt pour les activités de Ressourceries serait un véritable atout.

Compétences

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook), êtes à l’aise avec les outils numériques et les tableaux de suivi et possédez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.

Qualités personnelles

Vous avez le sens du travail en équipe, des qualités relationnelles et d'écoute et faîtes preuve de rigueur et d’autonomie.

Contrat : CDD de 12 mois à temps partiel (24 heures par semaine) du 12 octobre 2026 au 11 octobre 2027.

Rémunération : à partir de 17 322 € bruts annuel (dont Prime SEGUR de 163 euros bruts mensuel).
