Pour mettre en œuvre ses actions d’accompagnement, Gammes emploie 800 collaborateurs salariés et 335 salariés en insertion qui collaborent avec 235 bénévoles.

Dans le cadre de ses activités, Gammes recrute un(e) ASSISTANT ACCUEIL PETITE ENFANCE – H/F

La micro-crèche La Marelle a pour objectif de faciliter la garde des enfants pour les parents accompagnés au sein de l’association Gammes afin qu’ils puissent engager ou poursuivre leurs démarches d’insertion sociale et/ou professionnelle.

La micro crèche La Marelle a une capacité d’accueil de 10 places pour des enfants âgés de 6 mois à 4 ans.

Missions principales :

Au sein de la micro-crèche la Marelle, en collaboration avec une équipe composée de 4 personnes, vous occuperez les fonctions d’Assistant(e) d’accueil petite enfance et à ce titre serez chargé(e)des missions suivantes :

  • Assurer le bien-être physique et psychologique des enfants ;
  • Être force de propositions et d’actions dans l’organisation de la journée ;
  • Gérer les activités ludiques et d’éveils pour répondre aux besoin physique, affectives et senso-moteurs des enfants dans le respect de leur rythme individuel ;
  • Participer à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre du projet pédagogique de la micro crèche ;
  • Accueillir et établir une relation de confiance avec les parents.

Profil :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un CAP Accompagnant Éducatif Petite Enfance ou, idéalement, du diplôme d’Auxiliaire de puériculture.

Vous disposez d’une expérience de 2 années sur un poste similaire.

Doté(e) d’un bon sens relationnel, vous faites preuve d’une grande capacité d’observation et possédez de solides connaissances dans le domaine de la petite enfance.
