Een correcte klantenboekhouding houdt een organisatie financieel gezond. In deze functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen portefeuille, combineer je financiële nauwkeurigheid met analyse en speel je een actieve rol in het bewaken van cashflow en betalingsgedrag.Je komt terecht binnen een gevestigde dienstverlenende organisatie met een sterke reputatie op vlak van kwaliteit en compliance. Het moderne kantoor in Brussel vormt de uitvalsbasis van een team waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.Wat deze opportuniteit extra aantrekkelijk maakt, zijn de sterke arbeidsvoorwaarden: een 36-urenweek, 3 dagen thuiswerk per week, maar liefst 20 extra vakantiedagen bovenop de wettelijke 20 en een tweetalige professionele omgeving waar Nederlands en Frans dagelijks samenkomen. Klantenboekhouder - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je beheert de volledige klantenboekhouding van A tot Z, inclusief facturatie, betalingen, reconciliaties en een nauwkeurige opvolging van openstaande posten.
  • Je versterkt de cashflow door proactief betalingsgedrag op te volgen, geschillen correct af te handelen en financiële afwijkingen snel te analyseren en op te lossen.
  • Je levert waardevolle analyses rond marges, rendabiliteit en klantenprestaties en ondersteunt afsluitingen, audits en optimalisatietrajecten binnen Finance.

Klantenboekhouder - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor accountancy of een gelijkwaardige financiële opleiding aangevuld met relevante ervaring binnen klantenboekhouding of credit control.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans en voelt je comfortabel in een professionele tweetalige werkomgeving.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde aanpak en kan vlot overweg met Excel en ERP-systemen.
