The posting

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Legal team, playing a key role in supporting Aston Martin F1 Team across a broad range of areas, including commercial contracts, sponsorship, procurement, data protection, and sports regulation.

As a Paralegal, you will support the day-to-day legal needs of the business, acting as a first point of contact for general queries and providing practical drafting and administrative support. From managing NDAs and supplier contracts to maintaining legal databases and coordinating external services, you will help ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively. Working closely with the Legal Director, Group General Counsel, and wider business, you will build strong stakeholder relationships while developing your legal experience in the fast-paced environment of F1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for general legal queries, identifying requirements and engaging additional legal support where appropriate.
  • Provide day-to-day legal drafting and administrative support across supplier contracts, procurement, IT, commercial activities, and data protection.
  • Draft, issue, and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), cease and desist letters, and HR recruitment terms.
  • Coordinate the execution and distribution of legal documents, ensuring accurate and timely issuance to relevant parties.
  • Maintain organised electronic and hard-copy filing systems, alongside the Legal department’s contracts and legal precedents databases.
  • Instruct and coordinate outsourced due diligence providers as required.
  • Support the preparation of legal documents, bundles, folders, and presentations, alongside meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document distribution.
  • Assist the Group General Counsel, Legal Director, and wider Legal team with ad hoc legal and administrative requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external legal providers, supporting the integration and reputation of the Legal department across the business.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong academic background, including a minimum 2:1 degree classification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate legal information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Good legal research skills and the ability to interpret information, identify issues, and apply sound judgement.
  • Confidence working autonomously, using problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage queries and determine when further support is required.
  • Strong administrative skills, including document management, record keeping, and database maintenance.
  • Ability to remain calm, accurate, and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of business needs, with the ability to provide responsive and practical support to internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the business.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
