👥 Ta future équipe

Tu es en mission chez un de nos clients, au cœur de son support applicatif : tu fais le lien entre les équipes métier, qui remontent les incidents via leur interlocuteur IT, et l’équipe de niveau 3, qui porte les correctifs de fond. Ton rôle est simple à énoncer, moins à exécuter : comprendre ce qui se passe vraiment.

⚡ Ton impact au quotidien

Tu prends en charge les incidents d’un parc d’applications web Java déployées en conteneurs sur Kubernetes, hébergées sur une plateforme cloud IBM répartie sur trois régions.

Ce que tu fais

  • Tu qualifies les tickets (souvent peu détaillés au départ) en posant les bonnes questions aux bons interlocuteurs
  • Tu investigues : journaux applicatifs, pods, services, bases de données et services PaaS associés
  • Tu confirmes ou écartes l’anomalie, preuves à l’appui
  • Tu résous à partir des procédures existantes, ou tu escalades au niveau 3 avec un dossier instruit
  • Tu rédiges des comptes rendus d’incident clairs, exploitables sans avoir besoin de te rappeler

Comment tu travailles

  • Avec ténacité : tu creuses jusqu’à avoir une réponse, plutôt que de remonter le ticket à la première difficulté
  • Avec méthode : hypothèses, vérifications, traces, conclusion
  • Avec clarté : ce que tu écris, le niveau 3 le comprend du premier coup

Ce que le poste ne couvre pas

  • Le développement de correctifs de fond, les changements de configuration profonds et l’évolution de l’architecture restent chez le niveau 3. Ici, on diagnostique, on confirme et on applique les procédures.

🔎 Ton profil

Les indispensables :

  • 3 ans d’expérience minimum en support ou exploitation applicative
  • Exploitation d’applications conteneurisées (Kubernetes, OpenShift ou Docker)
  • Traitement d’incidents en production via un outil de ticketing (ServiceNow ou équivalent)
  • Une vraie aisance rédactionnelle

Ce qui fera la différence :

  • Une expérience sur une plateforme cloud IBM
  • Du diagnostic sur bases de données ou cache (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis)
  • Une première expérience en support (un plus, pas une condition)
