Tu rejoins la communauté Java, animée par Lamine et une équipe d'experts passionné·es en pleine expansion.

Tu es en mission chez nos clients, mais tu contribues aussi à quelque chose de plus grand : faire grandir l'expertise Java d'Atecna de l'intérieur.

⚡ Ton impact au quotidien

Tu prends les rênes techniques sur des projets clients à fort enjeu.

Architecture & conception

  • Tu conçois des architectures Java 17+ / Spring Boot 3+ robustes et scalables
  • Tu mets en place des architectures Microservices, orientées DDD / Clean Architecture
  • Tu définis des API REST cohérentes (OpenAPI, versioning, sécurité OAuth2)
  • Tu arbitres entre performance, maintenabilité et time-to-market

Excellence d’ingénierie

  • Tu imposes des standards clairs : TDD, tests d’intégration (Testcontainers), Sonar, revues de code exigeantes
  • Tu structures la CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions ou équivalent)
  • Tu industrialises les déploiements (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Tu mets en place observabilité & monitoring (Micrometer, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

Leadership technique

  • Tu mentors les développeurs pour faire monter l’équipe en compétences
  • Tu sécurises la dette technique
  • Tu es le référent technique auprès du client

🔎 Ton profil

Les indispensables :

  • 8 à 12+ ans d’expérience en développement Java ainsi qu'une première expérience de Lead ou Référent technique
  • Maîtrise experte de Java / Spring Boot / JPA / Hibernate / Jooq
  • Solide culture des systèmes distribués
  • Expérience cloud (GCP, AWS ou Azure)
  • Très bonne compréhension des enjeux performance & scalabilité
  • Tu sais dire non, tu sais expliquer pourquoi, tu prends des décisions et tu les assumes :)

Ce qui fera la différence :

  • Prise de parole publique & rayonnement communautaire,
  • Sensibilité aux architectures modernes (microservices, event-sourcing, cloud-native)
  • Background en data/IA appliquée
  • Certification(s) Java ou équivalent technique reconnu
  • Expérience en modernisation de legacy
