Chez Atecna, nous recherchons actuellement notre futur·e Product Manager confirmé·e pour construire du solide (et du sens) avec nous !

Tu maîtrises le product management sur le bout des doigts ? Tu as bossé sur des vrais enjeux business ? Tu as découvert, priorisé, itéré, livré, mesuré ? Tu veux aller plus loin que “gérer un backlog” ? Tu veux transmettre, structurer, impacter une équipe autant qu’un produit ?

🔎 Ton profil

Pour être épanoui.e chez Atecna, il te faut ces prérequis :

  • Tu as au moins 5 ans d’expérience en Product Management
  • Tu es solide en discovery, delivery, pilotage produit, UX, data
  • Tu as déjà navigué dans des environnements complexes (techniques, politiques, multi-équipes)
  • Tu veux t’impliquer dans un collectif, transmettre, faire progresser les autres autant que toi
  • Tu speak english very well!
  • Et surtout… tu es basé·e à Lille ou proche (on croit à la force du local)

Tu ne seras pas juste “placé·e” chez un client. Tu travailleras sur des produits complexes et stratégiques, dans des secteurs variés :

  • E-commerce (moteur de recherche, merchandising intelligent)
  • Logistique (last mile, tracking, intégrations SaaS)
  • Plateformes RH, formation ou customer experience

Et toujours avec une approche orientée valeur : Vision produit, impact utilisateur, exécution solide.

Un rôle au-delà de la mission

Tu contribueras aussi à construire notre culture Produit :

  • Tu mentores des profils plus juniors
  • Tu participes à la définition de nos méthodes, rituels, outils
  • Tu peux écrire, former, animer, prendre la parole (on adore ça)
  • Et tu es force de proposition sur tout ce qu’on fait (et fera) ensemble

Une approche produit augmentée par la Data & l’IA

Chez Atecna, on ne fait pas de la discovery à l’instinct, on s’appuie sur les bons signaux :

  • Data comportementale
  • Métriques produits
  • IA générative (pour formuler des hypothèses, scorer des features, explorer des personas)
