🍊 A Atlântica Foods Group busca um(a) Account Manager Sênior para atuar no desenvolvimento de negócios e gestão de contas estratégicas da indústria de alimentos e bebidas.

Procuramos um profissional com forte perfil consultivo e comercial, capaz de identificar oportunidades de mercado, expandir a participação em clientes ativos e desenvolver novos negócios junto a indústrias de médio e grande porte.

Será responsável pela gestão e crescimento da carteira de clientes, condução de negociações complexas, desenvolvimento de projetos junto às áreas de P&D, Compras e Qualidade, além da construção de relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes e parceiros estratégicos.

Buscamos alguém com visão de negócio, energia comercial, autonomia e capacidade de gerar resultados de forma rápida e consistente, contribuindo ativamente para a expansão da Atlântica Foods no mercado brasileiro.

Procuramos um perfil altamente consultivo, com forte energia comercial, visão de negócios, autonomia e capacidade de gerar resultados de forma rápida e sustentável.

🍊 Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Alimentos, Engenharia Química, Nutrição, Tecnologia de Alimentos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

🍊 Experiência consolidada em vendas consultivas B2B para a indústria de alimentos e bebidas.

🍊 Vivência com ingredientes alimentícios, especialidades alimentícias, aromas, aditivos, blends, soluções funcionais ou segmentos correlatos.

🍊 Histórico comprovado em desenvolvimento de negócios, abertura de mercado, expansão de carteira e gestão de contas estratégicas.

🍊 Experiência em prospecção, negociação consultiva e desenvolvimento de soluções de valor agregado.

🍊 Capacidade de relacionamento com áreas técnicas, P&D, Compras e demais tomadores de decisão.

🍊 Experiência na condução de projetos de homologação e desenvolvimento de novos produtos.

🍊 Conhecimento em gestão de pipeline, CRM, forecast e indicadores comerciais.

🍊 Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas frequentes a clientes.

Diferenciais 🍊 Experiência em empresas de ingredientes, aditivos, aromas, especialidades alimentícias ou food ingredients.

🍊 Relacionamento prévio com indústrias dos segmentos de bebidas, laticínios, panificação, confeitaria, food service e alimentos processados.
